These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MIRRR platform operated by Scaleon Digital Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under Company No. 17201919, with its registered office at Dept 6763, 196 High Road, Wood Green, London, N22 8HH, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
MIRRR is an AI-powered virtual clothes try-on platform. Users upload photos of themselves and garment images, and the platform generates photorealistic images showing the user wearing the garment. The service is provided on a credit-based, pay-per-use basis.
You must provide a valid email address and password to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the service. New accounts receive 50 complimentary credits.
Credits are the sole payment mechanism for using MIRRR's generation features. Credits are purchased securely and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms. Credits never expire. There is no subscription and no limit on how many credits may be purchased per day. All prices are in EUR.
For personal styling sessions: credits are charged at the time of booking. If we are unable to match you with a stylist for your selected time, credits will be fully refunded within 24 hours. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before a scheduled session.
You retain ownership of all photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited licence to process and store them solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use your photos for AI model training without explicit opt-in consent. You may delete your photos at any time.
Images generated by MIRRR are AI-generated content. While we strive for photorealistic accuracy, results may vary. Generated images include invisible SynthID watermarks identifying them as AI-generated. You may use the images you generate for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.
API access is available to all users with an active account. API calls consume credits from the same balance as web-based generations. API keys are confidential and must not be shared. We reserve the right to revoke API access for misuse, including exceeding rate limits or using the API to generate harmful content.
You may not use MIRRR to: generate content depicting minors; create non-consensual intimate imagery; infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others; engage in fraud or deception; or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
