Refund Policy

1. Credit Purchases

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. Because credits are delivered instantly and can be used immediately, we cannot reverse credit transactions once completed. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

  • • Accidental duplicate purchases made within a short time frame
  • • Technical errors that resulted in credits not being added to your account
  • • Unauthorized transactions (reported within 48 hours)

2. Generation Failures

If a generation fails due to a technical error on our end, the credits for that generation will be automatically refunded to your balance. This happens instantly and no action is required from you. If credits were deducted but you did not receive results, please contact support.

3. Personal Stylist Sessions

Cancellation by you: Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled session for a full credit refund to your balance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by us: If we are unable to match you with a stylist for your selected time, your credits will be fully refunded within 24 hours. No action is required from you.

Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a stylist session, contact us within 48 hours. We will review your case and may offer a partial or full credit refund at our discretion.

4. EU Consumer Rights

Under EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, as digital content that is delivered immediately upon purchase, credit purchases are exempt from this right once the credits have been added to your account, provided you have given explicit consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal at checkout.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email refunds@mirrr.space with your account email, the transaction ID (found in your Wallet), and a brief description of the reason. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

6. Refund Method

Approved monetary refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Credit refunds (for session cancellations and generation failures) are added back to your MIRRR balance instantly.
