All prices on MIRRR are displayed and charged in Euros (EUR). The price per credit is €0.10. You choose the exact number of credits you wish to purchase — there are no mandatory packs or tiers.
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely, and we never store your full card details on our servers.
Credits are added to your account instantly after successful payment. You may purchase between 10 and 10,000 credits per transaction. There is no limit on the number of transactions per day. Credits never expire and are non-transferable between accounts.
An invoice is generated for every purchase and can be downloaded from your Wallet page in the dashboard. Invoices include the transaction ID, date, credit amount, and EUR amount charged.
If a payment fails, no credits will be added to your account. You will not be charged. Common reasons for failure include insufficient funds, expired cards, or bank-side restrictions. Please contact your card issuer if problems persist.
Stylist sessions are paid with credits from your existing balance. Credits are deducted at the time of booking. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the session, credits are fully refunded to your balance. See our Refund Policy for details.
