MIRRR operates on a pay-per-use credit system. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or automatic renewals. You purchase credits when you need them, and they never expire. Because there is no ongoing subscription, there is nothing to cancel in the traditional sense.
You may close your MIRRR account at any time by contacting us at support@mirrr.space. Upon account closure:
Cancellation by you: You may cancel a booked stylist session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full credit refund to your balance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund, as the stylist has already reserved time for you.
Cancellation by us: If we are unable to fulfil your session (e.g., stylist unavailability), your credits will be fully refunded within 24 hours automatically.
No-shows: If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content supplied immediately (such as MIRRR credits), this right is waived when you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of withdrawal rights at checkout. If credits have not yet been used and the purchase was made within 14 days, you may contact us for a withdrawal request.
To cancel a stylist session, visit your Dashboard > Stylist > Booked Sessions and click the cancel button. To close your account entirely, email support@mirrr.space with your registered email address and the subject line “Account Closure Request”. We will process your request within 5 business days.
