Common Questions
How does payment work?
Clients pay with MIRRR credits. You receive your share as a direct deposit every two weeks. Rates are agreed upon during onboarding.
Do I need any special equipment?
Just a computer with a webcam for video sessions, and a reliable internet connection. All styling tools are built into the MIRRR platform.
What if a client cancels?
Clients can cancel up to 24 hours before a session. If they cancel late or no-show, you still receive 50% of the session fee.
Can I style clients internationally?
Yes. All sessions are remote. We match you with clients based on style preferences and availability, not location.
How are clients matched to stylists?
We match based on the client's occasion, store preferences, budget, and your specialties. You can also set which session types you accept.
